June MLS Statistics Now Available According to MLS Director Dan Sutherland, the June 2019 MLS Statistical Report shows the following: 1. Overall, compared to this time last year, Inventory is up 12% with Residential Inventory up 7%, Lots/Land up 22% and Commercial Inventory up 22%. 2. While sales for Lots/Land are down 12% compared to last year, Residential Sales are up 4% and Commercials Sales are up an astounding 50%. In addition, Jan-June sales for Ocracoke Island are up for the THIRD month in a row showing a whopping 133% increase in Units Sold compared to the same time frame in 2018. However, Duck showed the greatest increase in Median Sales Price. Median Sales Price jumped from $430,500 in 2018 to $502,500 this year which is a 17% increase.
