As of the end of March, residential sales are down by 8% (compared to last year) and single family home sales are down by 11%. Listings that have been placed under contract have decreased by 9% (compared to last year). Good news for sellers- The number of days on the market has declined by 24% since 2017. Residential inventory is still lower than years past and is currently stable. Condominium sales are up by 22%, so now is the time to place your condo on the market.
Lot/Land sales have decreased slightly, average sale price and median sale price have increased significantly, 27% and 26% respectively.
